Pathology results

Good morning,

Its been a rough couple days after Monday's procedures and i'm starting to feel better. Lots of sleep and it feels like the jaundice fog is lifting.

Early this morning I received a note from the Nurse saying my next appointment is Tuesday the 20th at 130pm. The appointment is scheduled after their pancreas conference meeting and they again said we would use the time to discuss the plan.

We just got notification of test results and were able to see Pathology states negative for cancer. Huge news as cancer diagnosis would have meant Chemo before any other treatment and i'm thrilled we're not considering chemo. Avoiding chemo is a big deal as i've had that experience before.....

Based on the conversation we had with the dr, we can guess we'll discuss the Whipple again as I dont believe this stent last forever but, we wont know until Tuesday's Appointment.

Thank you again for the calls, texts and emails.  More to follow after the next appointment.
